CRASSH

A few months ago I was approached by CRASSH – Cambridge University Centre for research in the Arts, social sciences and humanities who were organising a conference called After The Soviet Collapse, about Transformations in the music and culture of the new post-Soviet states and Eastern Europe and wanted to use a photograph I took on a weekend in Berlin a few years ago for their promotional material. Of course I said yes (even though I felt a little disloyal as a resident of Oxford )
